Telocall Partner Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 19, 2026

This Telocall Partner Privacy Policy (“Partner Privacy Policy”) explains how TELOCALL LLC (“Telocall,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you apply to or participate in the Telocall partner, reseller, wholesale, or white-label program (the “Partner Program”).

This policy is for partner applicants and partners. It does not describe how you handle your end customers’ data; that is your responsibility under your own customer notices and agreements.

Our general website privacy policy for visitors and retail customers (if any) is separate: telocall.com/privacy-policy/.

1. Who we are

2. Scope

This Partner Privacy Policy applies to information collected through:

  • Communications with our partner team;
  • Partner portals (e.g., partner.telocall.com), when available;
  • Email, phone, and SMS related to the Partner Program.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

  • Business information: legal name, DBA, website, business type, size, territory;
  • Contact information: name, title, work email, work phone, mobile phone, business address;
  • Application details: partnership type, services you plan to offer, volumes, technical capabilities, suppliers, hardware/provisioning preferences, white-label plans;
  • Compliance responses: licensing or registration answers you provide;
  • Communications: emails, texts, call notes, support tickets;
  • Onboarding (if approved): tax forms, payment details, signed agreements—often collected through secure methods outside the public form.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URL, date/time;
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).

3.3 Information from third parties

  • Referral partners, publicly available business information, verification or fraud-prevention providers, and service providers that help us operate forms, CRM, email, SMS, analytics, and security.

4. How we use information

We use partner information to:

  • Review and process applications;
  • Communicate about your application, onboarding, training, and support;
  • Operate and improve the Partner Program and partner portal;
  • Configure white-label branding and technical setup you request;
  • Verify identity, prevent fraud, and protect security;
  • Comply with law and enforce agreements;
  • Send program-related email and SMS (see Section 6);
  • Send marketing email or SMS only where permitted by law and your consent.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers under contract (hosting, forms, CRM, email, SMS, analytics, payment processors, professional advisors);
  • Affiliates for administration of the Partner Program;
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required or to protect rights and safety;
  • Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale;
  • Others with your direction or as described at collection.

Providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

6. SMS and phone communications

If you provide a mobile number and consent on our application form:

  • Transactional/program messages may include application status, onboarding, account notices, and partner support related to the Partner Program.
  • Promotional messages (if you opt in separately) may include offers, product updates, and partner program news.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of promotional SMS. Reply HELP for help. You may also email pr*****@******ll.com. After you opt out of promotional SMS, we may still send transactional messages permitted by law.

We retain records of consent (including timestamp, form version, and consent text shown) as required for compliance.

7. Email marketing

If you opt in to marketing email, you may unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not unsubscribe you from transactional emails about your application or partner account.

8. Retention

We retain application and partner information as long as needed to administer the Partner Program, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. If your application is not approved, we typically retain application data for at least twenty-four (24) months unless a longer period is required. Approved partner data is generally retained for the relationship term plus three (3) to seven (7) years where required by law.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our websites, secure logins, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding partner portal credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing for advertising where applicable.

To submit a request, email pr*****@******ll.com with subject line “Partner Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
